Calica are a small, family business selling a unique range of stylish jewellery and giftware.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, excellent friendly service, first class presentation and speedy delivery times.
We are continuously reviewing our product lines and are always on the look out for new ranges and suppliers. New items are constantly being added to keep our overall stock fresh and up to date. Therefore, please check the Calica website regularly to see our latest offers.
We try to offer a good range of products so that there is something for everyone. However, should you have a particular requirement that you can't find on the Calica website, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All goods will be sent out by first class post.
We regret that due to increasing carriage charges we are unable to offer a next day service at the present time.
Our charges are based on the total order value, as follows:
Upto and including £10.00 is £2.00
£10.01 to £30.00 is £3.00
£30.01 to £50.00 is £4.00
Over £50 is £5.45
Delivery Schedule
Most orders will be packaged and despatched the next day but please allow up to 7 days from receipt of payment. We will email you to inform you of any delays due to stock shortages or other reasons.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days, and we will be happy to offer you either a full refund or replacement product.
